Company History
Kightlinger & Gray, LLP practices in more than 25 substantive areas, with five offices located Indiana and Kentucky: Indianapolis, Evansville, Merrillville, and New Albany, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. We were one of the first law firms to establish a statewide presence by opening an office in Evansville in 1976. Located in the far southwestern corner of Indiana, our Evansville office is strategically located to provide convenient legal assistance to clients in western Kentucky and Indiana. Our New Albany office opened in 1988 and our Louisville, Kentucky office opened in 2013. The geographic location of these offices allows us to conveniently represent clients in the Louisville metro and central Kentucky areas, as well as Southern Indiana. Several of our firm’s lawyers are licensed to practice law in Indiana and Kentucky. Our Merrillville office, opened in 2012, handles matters in northern Indiana from their Lake County office. Our Indianapolis office represents clients in the northern two-thirds of the State of Indiana. Because the activities of so many businesses are not confined to a single town or city, having a law firm with a regional presence leads to cost effective representation. Our five offices are tightly connected through organizational structure and technology, allowing our clients to draw upon the knowledge of a specific lawyer, regardless of where that lawyer—or the client, for that matter—is located.
