Description

The Court of Appeals of Indiana is accepting applications for a two-year clerkship beginning in September 2027.  Duties and responsibilities include working with Judge Elizabeth F. Tavitas and co-clerks to perform legal tasks such as researching, writing, and proofreading. Applicants should be licensed to practice law or planning to take the bar exam in 2027.  

Applicants should have strong academic qualifications and writing skills and have participated in law review and/or moot court.  The current starting salary for law clerks on the Court of Appeals is $89,487.66, and State of Indiana benefits apply.
