What you’ll do
Act as OGC/virtual CLO: structure entities, negotiate deals, advise on employment and commercial matters, coordinate specialists.
Lead client relationships end-to-end (you’re at the table, not in the library).
Help shape firm direction, playbooks, and client experience.

Requirements

You might be a fit if YOU:
Have 7–15 years in business law (M&A, commercial contracts, corporate, employment, real estate).
You crave ownership of files and client contact, not just task tickets.
