Caborn, Butauski & Wolf CO., L.P.A., a Dublin, Ohio litigation and insurance defense firm, is seeking a recent Ohio Bar admittee for a full-time associate attorney position. We are seeking a candidate with 0-2 years of experience. Ohio Bar admission is required. Strong writing and analytical skills are required. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and development.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and provide assistance as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients     

Skills

• Strong proficiency in legal research methodologies and tools.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
• Familiarity with civil litigation process and/or prior personal injury work are preferred, but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Effective communication skills for client interactions and collaboration with colleagues.
