Young & Alexander Co., L.P.A., a litigation law firm with offices in Cincinnati and Dayton, has a career opportunity for a highly motivated attorney in its Cincinnati office. The preferred candidate would have 3+ years of experience with a steady and consistent work history.  A transferable book of business is not a requirement. Attorneys with less experience will also be given consideration. The associate will receive training upon hire to assume responsibilities with the firm’s litigation practice. Candidates must possess a proactive approach to managing cases, a commitment to client responsiveness, strong research and writing skills, and interpersonal communication ability. Law journal, moot court, mock trial, preferred. Position includes flexible work hours with remote work capabilities. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.
