Description

The Holmes County Prosecutor’s Office is in search of an attorney to work in the criminal division. The attorney will be responsible for either felony or misdemeanor prosecution, depending upon level of experience. This includes reviewing investigatory reports, meeting with officers and victims, making charging decisions, and prosecuting cases through all levels of criminal proceedings. This position does not include appellate litigation. Admission to the Ohio Bar is required upon submission of an application. Litigation or prosecution experience is preferred. Salary is competitive and will be determined based on experience level.  Health insurance and OPERS benefits are available.  Applications will be accepted through November 10, 2025.
